Start for free. Only when you need more than 20 numbers a month do you book HelpYa for €15 plus VAT per month per location – each branch needs its own plan. Nothing becomes chargeable without your consent.

Order & Pay
Orders at the table: a small fee only for online payment
You activate the Order & Pay at the table module yourself, free of charge. Orders via the menu do not count towards the quota of 20 numbers.
If the guest pays online on their phone, HelpYa charges 1% of the amount – at least €0.10, at most €0.50 per order. If the guest pays on site, there is no fee. The money goes directly to your business’s account; to do this, you connect a payment account once.
Branches and chains
Each location needs its own plan
The price of €15 applies to one location. If you run several branches, each branch books its own plan – with its own numbers, its own contact points and its own overview.
For chains and branch networks there is a framework agreement with an individual quote, central management and billing. Just get in touch with us.
Garages
Car repair shops with digital vehicle record
For garages we prepare an individual quote – depending on whether you only use the ready notification or also the digital vehicle record and MOT reminders. The free plan with 20 jobs per month applies here too. More at HelpYa for car repair shops.

Is there a minimum term?
No. The booked plan can be cancelled monthly, the free plan runs indefinitely.
What happens with the 21st number in a month?
You are notified and have a few days during which everything keeps running. If you don’t book, you stay at 20 numbers per month – nothing becomes chargeable without your consent.
Does each location cost extra?
Yes. The plan always applies to one location – each branch needs its own, with its own numbers, contact points and overview. For chains and branch networks we make an individual offer with a framework agreement.
Do I need hardware?
No. The first NFC contact point is free, additional ones are available at cost price (currently €5 plus VAT each incl. shipping) – in your own design if you wish. Counter sign and table cards with QR code to print yourself are free. For the overview, an existing tablet or phone with a browser is enough.
